Victor So is a Professional Chef who graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in 2005. Since he has worked in Restaurants, Universities, Catering Companies and Hotels including starting his own first business in 2013 selling chicken wings from a food truck called "WingN' It".
Additional hobby activities he enjoys are traveling and exploring different countries and cultures, cycling, swimming, running Spartan races, yoga, mediating and practicing various forms of Martial Arts.
After getting laid off from his luxury hotel position during the 2020 Pandemic, he found a higher purpose and started his forth business as a plant based company out of his home in Brooklyn, called "Chef So Plant Based".
